10-Day Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused
- Product should be in original packaging
- Return request should be raised within 10 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order ID is required
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing item in order
- Expired product received
- Leakage or packaging damage
- Quality issue verified by our support team
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:
- Opened food items
- Fresh vegetables & fruits
- Dairy products
- Frozen products
- Personal care items
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- COD refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer
You will receive confirmation through email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please recheck your bank account
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank

Exchange & Replacement
We replace products only in cases of:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Wrong product delivery
- Missing items
Replacement availability depends on stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible for certain products.

Delivery timelines may vary during:

Return Shipping
In most eligible cases, our delivery team will arrange pickup for the returned item.
